Employee Spotlight: Nathan Orr

Meet Nathan Orr, the uncertified Journeymen Electrician at Passey Electric. Nathan has been working at Passey Electric for the past four years and continues to have a promising future ahead. 

It’s tough to put into words Nathan’s importance, but the reason we’re featuring him on our blog this month is to showcase our appreciation for his efforts. In the last four years, Nathan has established quite the reputation amongst employees who know him as well as among our customers. 

As an individual, Nathan is very personal and easy to talk to. He regularly receives compliments from customers; they tell us how much they enjoyed his service.

What sets Nathan apart from others is that he is always willing to go the extra mile for customers. He also puts in extra effort to complete a job in a timely manner. 

Before Christmas, there was a great demand for gemstone lighting as we had been installing them in our customers’ homes. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure customers had their lights before Christmas, even if it meant working a little extra for the day.

What we appreciate most about Nathan is his loyalty and devotion to promoting the company and always seeking to represent it well. You can tell that he truly enjoys working for us!

When we asked Nathan why he loves working with us, he grinned and said: “I’ve been with Passey Electric for four years now; it’s been a fun and great working environment. I’ve been able to learn a lot about the electrical trade and love the work I do! I’m excited for the next four years!”
